Key Dates.
April 13-17: Registration is open. Please fill out the registration for your child even if they are part of a group. You will need to list all the group member names in the registration form. Please also have a back up song in case the first choice song is already taken.
April 28: This is the “talent check-in” date. It will be held after school on a TUESDAY 2:35 - 4 pm. We will have time slots for you to sign up and your child does not have to stay entire time. This is our chance to check in and make sure the performance is kid friendly. If your child / group cannot attend in person there is an option to email a video of their performance to Lana and the co-producer. This does NOT need to be a polished performance. It’s considered a “rough draft” and we understand it is a work in progress.

May 5, 12, 19: Optional rehearsal dates at Bel Aire after school on TUESDAYS from around 2:35 to 3:45 pm. This is an opportunity for performers to practice on stage if they feel they need it. Your child does NOT need to stay for the entire time! Instrumentalists and MC’s do not need to attend these optional rehearsals.
May 26: Mandatory tech rehearsal with tentative time from 2:35-4 pm. This is so we can test all the audio, lighting, music cues and practice getting on and off stage in order. MCs and Instrumentalists must come to this.
WE WILL LIKELY BE SPLITTING UP THE ACTS INTO TWO SHOWS AND THERE WILL BE NO EVENING OPTION:
May 28: Thursday, May 28th is talent show #1. It will be performed during school hours at an assembly.
May 29: Friday, May 29 is talent show #2. It will be performed during school hours at an assembly.
** unfortunately due to capacity reasons, we cannot have parents attend the shows. We will have opportunities for a limited number of parent volunteers to sign up the day of the performances. We will also be filming each performance (not professionally) and posting them to a link.
